LLM_Project_Template

AI coding agents will happily write you a thousand lines in an afternoon. The trouble starts on day three, when nobody, you or the agent, remembers why anything was done that way.

This template is my fix for that. It isn't app code. It's a staff kit you copy into a new project so every agent session starts from the same playbook:

  • a short intake in Project.md so the agent knows what you're building before it builds it

  • AGENTS.md session rules, including how to run two agents at once without them stepping on each other

  • coding standards with a hard 500-line cap per file, so nothing grows into a monster

  • a test layout (unit, smoke, integration, regression) from day one

  • a change log with screenshots, a ToDo board, and a Lessons Learned file for the scars

Vibe coding is fun. This is what keeps it working next month. It runs in VS Code with Grok Build and the community Grok Build for VS Code extension by Paweł Huryn, a talented fellow.
